Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) rigid vinyl flooring is a particularly new product in the flooring industry. With almost all of the advantages of other materials. SPC flooring is also water-proof rigid, and dimensionally stable. SPC flooring can be safely used in areas with sustained exposure to moisture such as bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms, and kitchens.
The rigid flooring provides a quieter and warmer vinyl flooring option with a cushioned backing included with the planks. this backing practically eliminates the imperfections of a subfloor which are usually transferred through LVT.
Rigid vinyl is available with a locking system so that the floor can be clicked together as a floating floor for areas where no glue is required to bond the flooring to the subfloor.
